In Bulgaria, Kamen Kalev, is known for his film "Eastern Plays", which I haven't seen. His new film has the great Danish actor, Thure Lindhardt, in one of the leading roles, which was why I decided to check the film out. As it sounds, the reception of the new film hasn't been very good and I must say that I understand why, because what seems to have been planned as an ambitious artsy project has turned out to be a rather messy affair.
